Personal Use Model Licence Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS 3D MODEL LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE MODEL.

BY DOWNLOADING THE PRODUCT, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE PRODUCT.

Single user Educational / learning Licence: Ten24, ("Tentwentyfour") and its suppliers grant to you the customer a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use this 3D Model for educational and learning purposes only.

Customers may alter, render and distribute rendered images derived from the model and its supporting scene files on websites of their choosing.

Commercial use of models: Ten24, ("Tentwentyfour") and its suppliers does not grant to the customer a non-exclusive or non-transferable license for commercial use of this model. If the customer wishes to use the model for a commercial project they should contact Ten24 directly to obtain the proper commercial licence and model. (jamie@ten24.info)

Customer may make use this model to study and train, they may make as many copies of said model as they wish providing they do not distribute the model to other parties.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED ABOVE, CUSTOMER SHALL NOT: RENT, LEASE, DISTRIBUTE OR SELL THIS MODEL

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, We will not provide or export personal information about our customers to other members to 3^rd parties
