Ten24 Car in Action
Finally got around to doing a quick render of the car from my modelling tutorial in action!

Rendered in Modo 501. Used Modo's replicator system for the ground cover initially, then blended a couple of photos over the top in photoshop to add a bit of extra detail. All the dust was added in PS as well.
Also tried out Motiva RealCamera for some post processing, it's Beta software which you can get for free from their site.

Ten24 Car Tutorial
Here's an update on a work in progress project at Ten24, this car is going to form the basis of a future tutorial on high detail subdivision surface vehicle modelling. The tutorial will cover building a car from scratch, using a unique Ten24 design.

The project is still at the design phase really, the renders here show the first simple blockout model, used to quickly generate and visualise ideas in three dimensions. The vehicles design is based around the concept of a car that could compete on the Pikes Peak Hillclimb, one of the most extreme motorsport events in the world.
